help with new Charge 2

How long is the site going to be down for maintenance? Have been trying to set up new Charge 2 for 3 days now!

I think the problem may be at your end. The service seems to be running ok.

 

Are you using a phone or a computer to run the setup? Have you tried restarting it? 

 

If using a computer a wonder if your firewall is preventing access.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Fury1! I'm asking the same than @SteveH.. are you trying to use a computer or cellphone? If you're using a phone, let us know what model and also please check that it's included in the list of supported devices

 

For the cell, I'd try rebooting it, this clears many issues. Sometimes my Fitbit widget doesn't update and this will fix it. 

 

Next I would go to Setting/Application/Fitbit app and clear the cache.
