New owner with a number of issues. I have come to this forum for help but when I click on a link for a help topic I get:

Error: Error ID: 1528849336-55781 (-1729621941

 

Can anyone assist?

 

Finding the Charge 3 quite frustrating and battling to get proper use out of it so far.

Regarding your Charge 3, please provide me with more details about the issues experienced. Have you tried any troubleshooting? Also do you remember since when you started to have those issues?
