Hi ! Just wondering if someone can tell me if my Fitbit is ever going to work with my hauwei p20 since it hasn't in over a year and a half! This is super frustrating! Because I bought it thinking it works with all phones or else I wouldn't have wasted my phone as now my versa is rendered useless.

So if someone can update me on whether it's ever going to work, that would be great or I'll sell it!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your thoughts about your phone not being compatible, and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. As with any other app, Fitbit designed the Fitbit app and optimized it so it can work on phones and tablets based on the requirements of each model and OS. Currently there isn't a time frame, your feedback will be passed along to our team so they can worked hard and add the Huawei P20 phone to our official list.

 

While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, please provide me with more details about the issues experienced with your Versa so we can still try some troubleshooting steps together.
