Hi, i got a fitbit for christmas, and i keep getting an error message on fitbit.com, and i cant use my internet to sync my device. I have to keep using my 4G whenever i want to look at stuff on the app or sync my watch. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

@Nia8760, are you using a VPN on your Internet service? That is most common cause of this problem.
