I keep getting a message that says Fitbit.com down for maintenance . I can't accept challenges or friend request. I have updated my Fitbit. Turned it off and back on. Turned my phone off and back on. This has been going on for 5 days now. Any help is appreciated .

Hi there @AmberDawn84, good to see you around in the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting?
In case the issue continues, I'm wondering if this is happening only when you are accepting challenges or friends requests or the app is giving you the error in other features?
In either case, I suggest to reset your app additionally to the step you have tried already: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
So far, we haven't received reports the app is under maintenance. So, keep me posted if you need more help.

I was trying to attach the picture of the Fitbit down for maintenance and the error can not update notifications. I just don't know how to on here. Even after I cleared catch and forced stop app then shut my phone off. It still is doing the same thing. I can now click on my progress on personal trips, but it no longer shows me the diamonds. Maybe that is gone and I just didn't notice. I still have friend invites that I can not add. I can't accept any challenges. I'm not sure what to do now.
