Hi
I got my versa yesterday and was all working ok until I tried to set up the wallet. When I choose the fitpay app it says:
- connecting
- setting up wallet
- checking for pin
- error registering versa with fitbit wallet
When I try to set up device lock it does the exact same thing.
I have tried the following:
- reboot both devices
- reinstall fitbit app on phone
- unpair all other Bluetooth devices
- forget Bluetooth and reconnect
- tried with WiFi on and off, and reset the connection
- unlinked versa from fitbit account and reconnected
- factory reset versa
Nothing is working and it's getting a bit frustrating. I have the standard versa model in the UK so it does come with fitpay. I am using a huawei p20 Pro. I used to use an inspire hr but that is not unlinked from my account

Update - this is now working. If anyone else is having this issue the only thing I did was wait a few hours, and allowed notifications after the factory reset.
