Estimated oxygen variation graph blank

Hello, can anyone help me. My estimated oxygen variation graph is blank and has been for a few weeks now, this is after it was working.

The last time this graph worked was the 12th of March.

I have tried restarting my Fitbit charge 3 and also deleting the cache and storage of my app. I've also done them both at the same time with no luck. I'm definitely getting all sleep stages recorded and asleep long enough.

I have the same problem it was working and then my fitbit froze up and when I got it working I get the blank screen the sensor isn't working now. Don't know why it froze up! I've tried everything but I think it's the sensor as the light isn't on!
