I did an hour of Zumba yesterday which showed up on my Fitbit and also went over to my fitness pal app and I received the calories burned for it but now when I'm looking at it that entire workout is gone. The calories are still there but it's not showing the workout the intensity heart rate or any of that at all.
I've already tried logging out restarting phone turning Bluetooth on and off. Please help

@millicentp Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the exercise logs on your Fitbit app and the explanation. This is extremely odd. This has never happened to me before. Is this the first time?
Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Please be so kind to check the list of activities over at the Fitbit.com website. Log in and then tap on "Log> Activities". Please review if the activity is not shown there either.
Have a nice day!

My exercise maps and workouts are showing as continuous download loop, maps might come in for a moment then disappear, it used to work OK. Tried uninstalling app and it worked for one download then disappeared into loops again. It's been happening since the last update.

When an exercise is logged, it's possible to delete the record of it, then to add it back by logging only the start and end times. TADA! The entire exercise is restored. Perhaps simply logging the start and end times of your routine will likewise give you back access to the heart rate chart.
