Gmail notifications have the ability to delete an email from the notification. The notification changes to "Deleted". This change gets sent to my fitbit as a separate notification from the original. So for every email I delete, actually get two notifications. Any fix for this?

Hi, @Duckly! Unfortunately, the Fitbit can only register what your phone has for notifications, so if your phone pushes that notification, your Fitbit will get it. The only way to stop it would be to stop all notifications for that app. You could try going into your email settings and seeing if you could change the notifications for the app, but other than that, I think you're out of luck.
