I followed the instructions on a post from a Fitbit moderator from April 2020 on this exact issue and it didn't resolve the issue. The "fix" was to clear app data then log back into the app. That didn't work. Any other suggestions?

You would have to be more specific about "Exercise App not working", what exactly that means. Not working can mean a bunch of different things to different people. Does it mean you can't find the exercise app? You found it but couldn't open it? It doesn't have the choices you want? It doesn't seem that it is tracking your workout correctly? Give us more to work with.
What exactly are the symptoms you experience.

Oops...sorry. Thank you for responding. I think because I read so many different posts related to this topic I forgot to include the specifics.
When I try to access the exercise app it won't come up. It pauses like it's going to load then just goes back to the main screen. I checked and all the other apps load, just not the exercise app. I hope this is specific enough. Again, thanks for your response.

I can understand how you would think someone looking at the board would be aware of it. But I just tend to jump around among different boards, looking at questions with no replies yet, so I wasn't sure of the issue.
That said, however, I haven't experience the issue so I have no answer. Sorry.
But, to further clarify so maybe others will be better able to offer help, you are talking about on the phone app rather than on wrist, right? If so, I'm not sure what you mean by 'the exercise app'. I'm used to thinking of the 'exercise app' as the exercise choice of the Fitbit itself.
And do you mean when you tap the "days of exercise" tile, it gets no further, or is this further in, after you have gotten into the 'days of exercise' tile?
