Seriously getting tired of Fitbit issues.

If I record my exercise using the Charge 3 controls the map doesn't load.

If I record my exercise using the app tracking it fails to record my heart rate.

About ready to find a reliable alternative.

Hi @Wiltbilt, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply.

Yes @Wiltbilt we on the council have been talking about this. The best we can tell is that when using the Fitbit app to record, we are not using the tracker. The app seems to ignore all data from the tracker, including the steps. Is this by design or a bug that popped up? It wasnt this way several years ago

Exactly, I don't know what it is but I had been accustomed to being provided all of the data post workout. This is motivation for me to compare the progress of setbacks

Galaxy S10e.

It's been doing one thing or another since I've had it.
