Seriously getting tired of Fitbit issues.
If I record my exercise using the Charge 3 controls the map doesn't load.
If I record my exercise using the app tracking it fails to record my heart rate.
About ready to find a reliable alternative.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Yes @Wiltbilt we on the council have been talking about this. The best we can tell is that when using the Fitbit app to record, we are not using the tracker. The app seems to ignore all data from the tracker, including the steps. Is this by design or a bug that popped up? It wasnt this way several years ago

Exactly, I don't know what it is but I had been accustomed to being provided all of the data post workout. This is motivation for me to compare the progress of setbacks

once again no heartrate data. This was during tracking using the app.
