Can we please have back seconds for the duration of our exercises? My last run was 30:50 but fitbit shows 30mins and no seconds at all. Not sure it is a bug or intended change to make the feature "simpler" and "less overwhelming" for some but 50 seconds is a massive difference and I am pretty sure everyone, even occasional runners (or swimmers, etc) wants to see a precise duration not rounded down.

Hello @LukaszGlaza

The Product Feedback forum (<-- click link) is where users can submit feature requests that other users can vote on. I found a request there to Allow exercise duration to display seconds in the Fitbit app. You can add your vote & comment to that. From what I understand, the developers visit this forum to see what features are being requested and how popular the feature is with other users.

BTW, I submitted my own feedback to the Fitbit team about seconds no longer displaying in the Exercise page after the Fitbit app was updated and that this negatively impacts many users. This omission was also recently discussed with the Fitbit team, emphasizing how important this information is to runners & cyclists, especially those training for competitions.

Thanks, I'll have a look. It's ridiculous we need to vote for something so basic and obvious and something that was already there before that so called "update". I wonder who came out with that idea to take the seconds off, not someone who ever went out for a single run.

@LukaszGlaza you assume it's being tested by people who do sports. Looking at sports tracking features and changes this is very unlikely. Seconds are missing also from start time of activity. There are lot more things missing in that area.

@RiekoC "those training for competitions" ulikely use Fitbit due to poor support for training features (poor = none).

Just realised the average pace is also calculated wrongly as it does not take seconds into account. It does not even round to the nearest, it just takes the seconds out, even if it is 55 seconds. This is a joke, I'm out. Even cheap trackers from aliexpress do it right.

Honestly, who thought that removing that data from an EXERCISE TRACKER was a good idea?

I'm not able to accept feedback policy on that page. I click submit and it does not do anything.  Anyone knows what's going on?
