Exercise goals

I am set up for a goal of 5 days of exercise per week. I would like fitbit to only recognize this when I have surpassed 20 minutes of consistent exercise. Sometimes it picks up on an 11minute walk and that is considered daily exercise but it was just me walking around the grocery store. Because it picks up on this it goes towards my daily exercise and weekly goal of 5 days but I don't feel that's enough to be considered an exercise day. Where do I change this?

Hi @Lyndzwc04,

In the app, go into the Exercise tile. Then select the gear icon. At this screen, you can set the minimum times for detected exercise. Set all of them to 20 minutes, and you'll no longer get logged exercise of less than that amount.
