Exercise gps tracking

So today I went for a walk and decided to try the executive gps tracking. Which I assume can be used for running and such. I had it running for 15 mins. Then I hit pause and finish. I held it like it said. Then my screen turned green and then window said fitbit stopped working. And after that I could not get the fit bit app to start. So i had to remove and reinstall. How can I fix this. I am using a htc one m7. All up to date.

I've occasionally had that problem. My phone notes that the app has stopped and asks if it should close it, or some similar question. If I respond Yes it closes the green screen and returns to the activity result screen. Did you have that opportunity with your phone? If so, give it a try and see if it solves the problem for you.

Hope that helps!

I too have had a similar problem with my Nexus 5 phone.

I went for a walk and activiated the tracking.  It worked fine with all the cues sounding.  However, at the end when I pressed the pause button it would not react.  I waited and pressed again, and kept pressing before it finally allowed me to save.

It was not a swipe either, but a tap so there seems to be a response issue with the pause button. It seemed as if the software was doing some processing in the background that needed to be caught up to the "now" before it could react to the tap on the pause.

I have the latest app version too.  I wonder if anyone else is having similar issues.
