Hello @agustinsantiago

I’m assuming you mean the exercise tab in the Fitbit App. If this is the case try logging out from the Fitbit app and restart your phone. After this log back in and check if you can access the exercise tab. Make sure you are running the latest Fitbit app on your phone if the problem persist.
😉 I hope that resolved the issue. Please let me know if this did indeed answer your question

I see this problem with the app from time to time during normal use. Perhaps once every few months.

I tried to fix it by logging out of the app and back in, but that didn't help. It continued to show the spinner. Same problem after reinstalling the app, only now it has to redownload all my stats and it's struggling even more.

Best thing I found was to force stop the app from the task list or main Android apps settings, or even restart the phone. Then wait for several hours without looking at the exercise history. Use the app, but not the exercise page. It will eventually catch up and update the exercise list, even if that's overnight.

I assumed the app was temporarily not getting a response from the Fitbit servers for the exercise history. In this state it seems to retry permanently instead of timing out and this locks out the entire exercise history page.

Hello @James291

This would be considered unexceptionable behavior to have to tolerate in my opinion. If all the troubleshooting tips you have to perform are not consistently correcting the issue then I can only assume there is a bug in app or the possibility that your mobile device might not be compatible. Can you look here to see if that’s the case:https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices If you find you are compatible please look to make sure both your mobile device, Fitbit tracker as well as the Fitbit app is up to date. If the problem persist I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Weirdly enough, restarting the phone worked. I had tried force closing the app which hadn't worked.
