Exercise heart rate graph does not show zone colors

 Last Friday (8/20) the exercise heart rate graph still shows zone colors, but this Monday (8/23）the same exercise cannot show zone colors. 

Hope there's a solution for it.

Tried to delete and reinstall the Fitbit APP, problem still exists.

Hi, @virginiama! I'm assuming this is an issue with Fitbit. I see the same thing on Android, but not on iOS. Hopefully they will restore this soon.

Hi, @virginiama, when you contact "Customer Support" go through steps one & two then use the Contact Us feature to activate the chat facility or phone for prompt attention.
