Exercise maps not show up - Samsung S10

I have a new phone Samsung 10 (had a S8) and since my new phone is connected to my Versa2, maps of my activity does not show up. GPS is connected though, the work out is logged but just does not show the map. I think it must be some setting, as it worked perfectly on my S8. Any tip to solve it?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Do you still have your Samsung S8 to check if the map is available there? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
