This morning I did a combined sprint and power walk outdoor work out for 20 mins and it has not registered on my fitbit. Why is that?

If you tried to register your workout with a Fitbit device, I would recommend performing a restart by following these instructions.

 

Please make sure your activities last longer than what is set in your Fitbit account. You can check this setting in the online Dashboard here > click your Fitbit device icon > Auto-Exercise Recognition

 

In addition, you can set up your Fitbit device as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1637017919922.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If the instructions shared above don't work, please tell me if you registered your workout with the Fitbit app only or with your Fitbit device?
