Today my 40 minute aerobic workout does not show under "days of exercise this week". The zone minutes and the steps are displayed normally. The same thing happened one day last week. Oddly, the same day of the week.

@Purpleparsley A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
As long as the workout has been logged to your online Dashboard, it should show under your Exercise tile. Please log out from the app, force quit it, clear cache and cookies and double check if the data updates.
If you're still experiencing this please let me know the phone model and OS installed.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Purpleparsley when you forced closed the Fitbit, did you do this through the phone settings? Swiping the app off the screen only closes half of the Fitbit app.
Clearing the Fitbit apps cache will not clear any Fitbit data. Cache are temp files that frequently get overridden and can always be cleared. Data and cookies you do not want to clear.

I have an iPhone. Are these instructions correct for an iPhone?
If so, swipe down from what screen? Settings is a separate "app" on my phone but I am not able to get to a place to stop the fitbit app.

I was able to clear the cache and "offload" the app on my phone. I reinstalled the app and the missing information is still not there. Guess I'll see if it happens again.

@Purpleparsley since you have been posting under the Android App, we assume that you have been asking about an Android phone. Have you been asking about an Android device? I can't say how on iOS an app is stopped.
When it comes to the Fitbit app. Our answers most likely are the same.
