OK, my exercise option for walking was counting the time, minutes, miles etc.; however, I just got a new phone and it will no longer calculate walking on the watch. The error I get it "no device found" "connecting". It will show my steps on the app on my phone.
I previously had a Samsung 10S phone. Do I have to add the new phone somewhere on desktop for calculation on the watch? I now have a Samsung Note 10.

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? This occurs with the Walk exercise only or with other exercises too? Please take in consideration that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.
