Lines on display and battery not lasting

I have horizontal black lines and vertical white lines on the screen,  a reset hasn't solved it, and the battery sometimes lasts all week and other times just a day or so. Any suggestions?

Hi @Sensiblehelen, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device you're currently using? When was the first time you experienced the display inconvenience? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try changing the clock face of your device (if applicable) and let me know how it goes. You can refer to: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

The battery of your device depends on how frequently you use it’s features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations.

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around.

Hi Ricardo, I have changed the clock face, as suggested. It has not cured the problem.  the vertical white lines appeared a couple of weeks ago when I plugged the charger in. The horizontal black lines appeared last week.
