Both in the app and on the fitbit web dashboard, the exercise graph does not show any indications of the heart zones (even though the colours seem present on the graph)

However if I go to heart rate these values are shown .

 

What might i do to bring back this feature please?

Are you a Pixel Watch user? This has been reported by Pixel Watch users multiple times and apparently hasn't been fixed by Fitbit yet.
