Charge 5 with Pixel 5 Android 13.
Everything is working OK: logging of exercise, sync etc except for the exercise page. When I open it from the main dashboard screen, all I get is rotating circle (waiting).
All other screens working, sleep logging etc. and it is recording the data because I can see it if I open my account in a web browser. Its just the exercise screen on the phone app that wont work.
Any ideas anyone please?
Thanks.

Thanks for the help. Didn't work however, but gave me an idea. The way I fixed it in the end was to completely delete the app and reinstall it. All was then good.

@charleskn Thanks for your help!
@KeithScarfe Nice to see you in the forums again. Thanks for reaching out about the exercise tile on the Fitbit App.
Thanks for letting us know what you have tried so far. I am glad that the exercises are indeed been logged. It seems to be a display issue on the Fitbit app only then. Please make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. I would definitely try what @charleskn suggested.
Have a nice day!

@KeithScarfe I have been seeing this issue on and off for a couple of months on two different mobile phone (Galaxy S8+ and Galaxy 22+). It is indeed annoying. Force stop does the job and app works for a while until next time. I believe, the problem is in the GPS maps. When opening Exercise tile in the app and any of the activities contains a map, the app may go into a deadlock. First it just shows spinning circle in the area of the map (map can't load), press back to go to the main screen, open Exercise tile again and nothing loads:

I keep having the same issue even if I reinstall it. Any ideas?

Well, that fixed the exercise tab, but doing that broke the "Today" display at the top of the screen! The big circle with today's stats (steps for me) is missing. If I go to yesterday, it's there. Then if I go back to today, it appears briefly with the correct data and then vanishes....

Hello @walk_on_by
When my Active Zone Minutes weren't showing in the app, I did a force stop, then re-opened the Fitbit app. That usually worked to get the tile & values back to displaying in the app. Sometimes, it took more than 1 try for it to work. BTW, I used this method before realizing that tapping the Edit icon would also work to get the AZM tile & values back to showing in the app.
Although I didn't need to do this, you might consider also clearing the cache &/or storage.
Hopefully, these suggestions will work for you.

Hello everyone!
Welcome to the newcomers. In this case please make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. I would log out of the app and then back in, that way all information is loaded again. Regarding the exercise tile, that one will load once you access it, not before. Thanks in advance!
