My exercise days won't seem to load. It's been doing this for about 3 days. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, uninstalling the app and deleting the cache but nothing seems to work.

Hi @Martin2708. Welcome to the forums.

Thank you for sharing the query regarding your Fitbit app.

I'm not sure if you're still experiencing this issue. If so, please try the following troubleshooting steps in the order listed below:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

It's happening to all of us. Quit telling us to log out and try again. The update has a bug. Why is nobody fixing it?

Hello @Martin2708

There is currently an issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see our exercise data in the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

For now, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can do on our side. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before the problem is fixed. The resolution can't come soon enough for all of us.

I'm having issues viewing tracked exercises in the app. It doesn't seem to have a tab ? I log exercises via my charge 6 but cannot see them in the app

I have a case logged with Fitbit/Google which they have stopped responding to.

Dont do any of the reset/ clear cache/repair/re-enable bluetooth nonesense its useless as its an issue on the server/app side, anyone suggesting that for new people reading its wasting your time.  There are a number of threads on this forum alone all for the same issue from a quick look these all seem to be related.

"Exercise tile not loading
Fitbit Today crashing on Pixel Watch 3
Versa 2 no longer recording exercises in app
Can't see logged exercises in app
Why do my work-outs disappear?
Exercise days
Fitbit app suddenly missing key information and other issues
Exercise day's tile not loading
Bug in Both Exercise and Food Tile
Fitbit app won't save my activities
Google having Trouble getting it Together
App Sync Failure
Recording exercise - historic records"

How this hasnt been fixed now is ridiculous.

Id suggest raising a case as well  to fitbit via chat/phone and raise on social media and google play Fitbit app reviews to try and get them to respond and act on the three week old fault.

I'm having this same issue. Just yesterday and today the exercises I recorded on my Inspire 3 are not being logged in the fitbit app. It still tracks my heart rate, steps, calories burned, etc, but the exercises don't appear in the exercise days section. It isn't registering the exercises even after I manually sync the device on the app.

This is getting ridiculous! It was the whole point of buying a fitbit again after not having one for years. How this hasn't been rectified yet is beyond me!

So this is strange, I have just done a run and sure enough it wasn't in the app - Exercise Days blank. But I thought I'd try and record it manually, at least get something on the app. It saved. But then when I went in to look there were 2 runs! The one I had just entered manually AND the actual room from the watch... It was as if getting something in the app jolted it awake to sync the run. That run, none of the other activities from the run though. I then went in and recorded them and the actual data appeared. Not everything though, a Peloton ride didn't pop back into- I can't save spinning indoor manually... So I have a manually recorded ride for that.

Exercise tile now loading and recording everything

However if I try and view last week's record it doesn't load.

It is just random. Loading activities manually restores the actual ones for me and I can see past previous (to this week) activities.

But I am still getting the sync error warning.

Hello @Martin2708 , @Palexr , @bkriege2 , @K26why , @gavdi

Thank you for sharing your updates. The fact that some of you are seeing some exercise data is encouraging.

I saw that one of issues that might have been a factor to the exercise syncing problem was recently fixed. However, I'm not sure that all the issues have been resolved yet. Even if all the problems have been fixed, it could still take some time for all our data to show up in the app.

It is really frustrating that Fitbit isn't acknowledging that they screwed up and are working on a fix. Not communicating with customers and being transparent only erodes loyalty and creates bad faith. We are tried of being told to cycle Bluetooth, clear cache, delete data, uninstall, reinstall, disassociate, reassociate, etc. ad nauseum by support staff. My watch was working fine, syncing everything, got my daily morning Today report, etc. It wasn't until this last update got pushed out (around Sept 19) that it all went to south.

Right now my Pixel Watch 3 cannot display any Fitbit data (it promptly crashes/closes after 1 second) as Gavdi and others in this thread have shared. Please fix it soon.

You only see exercise data if you have the Today set to show both Health Connect and Fitbit data combined. If you have it set to only use Fitbit data the exercise panel does not load.
