Hey,
So I've been taking more exercise recently. When I log a 0.5 mile swim taking me 30 mins it calculates 350kcals burnt. When I change the time parameter to 45 mins (same distance) it changes to 500kcals. This makes zero sense, as I've expended more energy swimming that 0.5 mile in 30 mins than in 45.
The same goes this evening. 0.5 mile walk in 15 mins = 45kcals. 0.5 mile walk in 45mins = 112kcals.
I bought the fitbit for more accuracy with kcals burned but am getting rubbish results like this.
Advice please?

@Cbug85, it can be hard to guess the calories calculated on manually entered exercises due to the fact that is uses your heart rate (assuming you have a HR monitor tracker) during the times you have specified for the exercises -- so it would be using the time & heart rate, not the distance.

The new update killed everything on my side, it's not syncinc anymore. It does still work on my computer, but it's not convenient.
I have a Oneplus 5T. What should I do, support ?

@Bucheron, I assume you are referring to the Android app update to v2.67, correct? If so, it may be related to the OnePlus 5T not being on the Compatible Devices List (only the OnePlus One is on the list). If that is the case, support will not be able to do much to get it syncing on the phone at this time.

Before this update, it worked perfectly with this phone.
I also checked, it's not working with my old nexus 5, which is listed on the compatible device list. What's the next step ?

Sorry, @Bucheron, I have no solution - I am just a user just like you. Feel free to contact Fitbit Support for a resolution.
