My app quit keep track of exercise I walk today and yesterday the charge 2_did reset but app only recorded yesterday walk nothing for today

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? To clarify the issue, can you please confirm if your Charge 2 recorded the whole activity but at the moment you sync it with your account such information wasn't there? This way we will be able to determine if the issue is with the Fitbit itself or with the syncing process between your mobile device. Also, please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then.
