Exercise won't display

My walk today is symched I can see all details on the homepage dashboard but App on Android just displays a red circle. Deleted Cache and then data - nothing helps. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

If you deleted all your data, won't you have to re-add your fitbit device to the app? Though, as long as you logged into the same fitbit account, they should display the same data. Does your Android device have a good internet connection??? I'll be curious to see what fixes this.

Hi - no I've still no solution. I've even reinstalled the app. I didn't loose data because it was already synched just not displaying this particular walk in the phone app. Yes my connection is very good. Sorry I've no solution yet. Fitbit have created an incident. Fitbit support is very helpful and efficient. This one stumped them though.
