So my mom got a smart phone and I was trying to install the app on her phone for her. She already had the app on her tablet. It told me I had to change the password because it had been leaked but wouldn’t let me do it. I went in the table and changed the password again but when I went to log in to the app on the phone or gave me the same message about a brand new password that I had just changed a minute earlier.

Hi @jaded914 try setting the password on only one device and give it some time. Your mom still have access to the email address used to set up? If you had to, you could set up with a new email address/account.
