Hi there, I'm a new Fitbit user and have been using the app religiously to log my workouts.
When I checked today, it seems that two of my workouts - a weights session from last week and a run from the week before - have disappeared. However, all relational data (i.e. steps, heart rate spikes, caloric increases) exist, and the missing workout still somehow counts towards my weekly exercise tally.
Is there any way to recover the lost workouts and their data (Run map etc)?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Chantelledmello.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:
While it's not possible to recover a map, you can log your exercise manually by following the instructions in How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
You can find more information about tracking your workouts in How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? By the way, I've moved your post to the Android App board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

My Charge 4 didn't record my exercise or my walk today. Is it taking a day off, or something? I don't like when I don't get cred for my work. I like to get feedback!!!!

It’s good to see you in the community, @Sandyman123.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing. I understand how you are feeling and would like to advise that SmartTrack recognizes activities based on the continuous movement of your arms. Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the bar of a treadmill, or pushing a stroller while you walk, may interrupt SmartTrack. Additionally, stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking.
SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes. For more information, see Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?
You can manually log your exercises by following these steps: How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.

Yep. There are a ton of threads on this with no help from Fitbit. I'm close to getting rid of my Ionic and switching to Garmin. I can't have workouts randomly disappearing. I recently ran a personal best and the entire run was deleted a few days later. Now I don't have any of the stats. Sucks.
