Exercises not syncing to app

Is anybody else having issues with exercises not syncing to the app? The last one that worked was on Feb 6th.

I did a manual bicycle ride on Tuesday and today, but both are not showing up in the app. Strava shows the exercises which is weird.

Using a Fitbit Versa 4 with Pixel 9a

Things I tried:

Disabling Bluetooth

Manual syncs (so many)

Waiting a few hours

Shutdown Fitbit on Tues

Could just be me/user error 🤣

@larana Are you using the latest app?  I've had issues with sync and it was solved by updating my app.  I have a Charge 6 with Pixel 7a.

Yes mine are not logging properly. 3 days this week I worked out and when I went to finish the work it out was back on the clock screen. then I went to check my exercise days and it didn't log again. Just added the steps I did during exercise to my daily total. 

Today the app wouldn't work at all. Uninstalled, reinstalled, started the phone and now exercise days is almost blinking. That part of the app will not load.

Did the exercise tile finally load up properly for you? 

Which version of the Fitbit app do you have on your phone? To check, tap on your avatar in the upper right of the Today page, then tap Help in the menu that opens. The Fitbit app version will be on the Help page.
