Unable to access FB (Charge II) tracker account via mobile device (Sam Glx Note 5). The account was setup several mos. ago and I never logged out. I've reset passwords for both mobile and .com accounts, however I'm only able to gain entry into .com. Should the use of the same password work for all devices?

Hello @Pinklond, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. Indeed the same password should work for all your platforms. So if you are having issues to access make sure the email or password are valid.
