The beta Sleep Lab journal asks if I aligned my meals with my sleep schedule; however, there was never any information provided about how meals should, ideally, align with sleep. For example, should I not eat a specified amount of time before bed or eat primarily protein? I can't answer yes or no to that question w/o context.
