Luckily when my wife purchased the ionic for me as a present she also purchased the extended warranty. After 18 months Ionic number 1 left button stopped working, I received a replacement for the small fee of 25$. Three weeks later Ionic number 2 screen stops working after 1 surf session. So much for being water proof, I can sync and update, green sensor light is on but screen is completely dead. So done with this trash product. A 20$ casio has outlasted this "smart watch"......change my mind

Hi @Runner0802  waterproof isn't what the Ionic was made to be. It's water resistant, per the user manual
