Hi fitbit community!
I'm passing by to make a remark that I am sure a lot of members have done before but it still doesn't seem to be enough for you to improve.
Sure, fitbit is a very nice brand of sport and health watches/bands and once considered to have the best smart bands in the market. And I like very much my charge 2. But don't stick to much to this idea, as with the progress of technology, I think your improvments are a bit slower than other brands that have been proving to be very efficient and complete for the same price. One of the biggest fails you have and wich seems to be slow worked, compared to other brands, is the lack of compatibility with a lot of smartphones. Including one of the major booming brands in the market that is xiaomi. I know they have smart bands as well. Wich for me are not as good as yours. So why don't you just make a deal of working together? Or just work on compatibility with some of their phones? And not only this brand, but some others. Because for me, and many of the customers, this is a crucial missing point you're having. And right now, as I don't have a compatible phone, I'm thinking on buying another smart band from a different brand. That makes me sad as you have a nice product. But even a bigger lost for you. Because as me, many others. There are smaller points to improve like oxygen and stress mesurements, but this is secondary to me. Please improve your compatibilities and speed up the testings in this area! Thank you.
