So, I have been told a few times that fitbit is fixing the problem of not being able to start challenges after the update in July but there has been zero progress. please fix this! I really want to become a premium member and take part in the awesome new challenges! But there is no way I am putting money in to it if I have no guarantee that I can initiate challenges in the first place. I have heard from other fitbit members that you will start losing customers if you do you fix this glitch. Please please please fix this!!
