For some reason, my cardio fitness score dropped on the fitbit from around 45 to 30 in a day.
I saw some recommendations to go for a run and whatnot, and I have actually been running this week already. This drop was actually after the run (and I have been running every week for a month without affecting the cardio score). The only difference is that my resting hear rate is lower than before (from around 57-58 to 55).
I am not the fittest but I regularly exercise and I have never had the cardio score below 40. Why is this happening? And how do I fix it?

Hi @alaahi, welcome to the Community Forums, sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you and it's really odd that the Cardio Fitness Score is working in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which Android mobile device are you using and which Fitbit as well? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check the information that's specified on our help article: What is my cardio fitness score? and also restart your device to refresh its performance.
Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
