Hi,
Recently my versa has stopped showing notifications from my Huawei (android) phone.
In my app, it continously says that I need to restart my phone for the notifications to start working. This doesn't work.
I've tried all the 'help' suggestions for notifications through my Fitbit app and nothing has worked.
Done the restart on both devices. Unpairing, deleting the app etc.
Help, please!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Versa prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please specify which Huawei mobile device are you using? I recommend you to check if such mobile device is listed as a compatible device with our products and services.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi,
My phone is definitely compatible and is on the list. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips from the link you've suggested, previously and they've not worked. Thanks

I'm happy to know that you're using a compatible device. To further investigate, can you please let me know the specific model of your Huawei mobile device? If possible, please go to Settings > System > About Phone and send me a screenshot of such information. Also, please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app of your Huawei.

I appreciate the screenshots that were shared in your message. As it turns out, the second screenshot is not the one I need to verify that the settings are correctly configured. Can you please go to Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and send me a screenshot of such information?
