Customer no service told me they would escalate my problem. Guess what...they told me it was my problem not theirs. This company needs to get their act together. If you advertise that your new watch has SPO2 tracking....then it better work! Not!

Sorry @Gail1034 not sure of the problem or what country you live in.

Which tracker do you have? I ask because I have the old, and now retired Ionic, which has SpO2 tracking during your sleep, and that part apparently works well.

I have had a Sense watch for about a month. Sometimes it shows the SPO2...other times it doesn't I have followed everything they have told me to do more than once. The only thing that works is turning the watch off before I go to sleep and then turning it on. That is unacceptable to me for a watch this expensive. Other people are having the same problem but Fitbit keeps throwing it back at us. Either fix the problem or recall the watch. It is not doing what it is advertised to do...tracking your SPO2. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Android 11. I have the latest update on my app. I live in the United States. Florida.
