My fitbit screen is fine until I go to my settings and then the display screen.  As soon I select display my screen goes very dim and won't allow me to change any settings. Very weird.  Every other screen the brightness is fine. Can anyone help?

I feel stupid. My sleep mode was enabled which disabled my settings. As soon as I turned my sleep settings off I had full access. 😩

May I ask if you are referring to you phone, or one of the Fitbit trackers? And which model?
