I'm struggling a lot with the new app, my Charge 3 is still not staying synced with my pixel 3a, the layout of information is not intuitive, and worst of all it's simply an extremely ugly interface that I no longer enjoy using. I used to check my app throughout the day to keep up to date with my progress, now it is time consuming and annoying. What gives? It seems the new design was built to support the paid platform, highlighting locked features not available to individuals who don't subscribe to a service that is not priced to be accessible to everyone. Ugly move. Ugly app. Extremely disappointed in Fitbit as a company. I want a piece of technology that provides data on my life, not another ugly weightloss service. I won't be surprised if I lose interest in my Charge 3 over the coming months.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience.
If you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Charge 3, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Google Pixel 3A that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
See you around.
