I am usingausing Ionic watch. My app showscshows multile cycles at the same dates. There are 3 cycles lasting 4 days all 17-20 Jul, and a cycle lasting just one day on 20-20 Jul. I can not delete it and every time I am trying to edit it is creating another error of a cycle. In the process of editing some of my data disappeared as well. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Can someone advice me what I can do with it? Because it now proofed to be very unreliable.
Ps. can I show you my printscrean somehow?

@zielonylis A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
In order to provide you with the best information possible, please let me know the phone model that you have and confirm that you have installed the latest app version.
If you have the latest app version installed, please log out from your account, force quit the app, log back in and let me know if your cycles are showing properly in your app.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

The model of my phone is one plus 5.
The last update is from the Jul 28th
I followed your instruction and I restarted my phone before log-in.
Unfortunately, my data is still incorrect, with 67 days cycle on top of it.
It looks like that:

@zielonylis Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the screenshot attached.
It's pretty weird that you're seeing the same cycle, 3 times. I've moved your post to the Android board.
In this case, I would like you to clear cache and data of the app and then log back in, check if your female health data shows properly.
Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Silvia,
Thank you for your reply.
I logged out, cleared the catch of the app, forced stop, restarted the phone.
I did not clear the data.
Then I logged in and the faulty cycles disappeared together with semi correct cycle data after May.
I successfully add the missing data and now it looks ok.
Thank you for your help.
