I don't know where to report the issue. It looks like a design flaw or a developer miss out. The gender information is already there in the settings but it shows me,

Hey <Your name>!

Fitbit can help you track your period, fertile window and symptoms like cramps and headaches.

Though not an important issue but feels weird 🙂

Hello there @pratz, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response and thank so much for your feedback. Rest assured I'm going to pass forward your comment to our team.

Usually for male users, the tile is hidden by default. However still is available regardless of the gender you have chose. Nonetheless this is easy to resolve by just hiding the tile again.

If you have question on how to hide the tile, please follow these instructions:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Tap or click the x or - icon in the top left corner of the female health tile.
  3. Tap or click Done

Hope this helps and thanks again for your feedback.
