My female health tracker for my period keeps resetting and deleting my information. It does it either every month or every month so I am unable to track my period.

Welcome to the Forums @Breastein.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your experience.
My suggestion in this case would be to try to log out of the app and then log back in. That should force the data to be downloaded from the servers again and show up, if it was synced to the servers.
Keep me posted on how it goes.

Hello @Breastein.
Thanks for giving it a shot.
In this case I'd like to ask what app version are you currently running. In the meantime, please try to update to the latest version of the app. You can click here to read more about it.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I'm having the same issue. Really annoying. If I enter something on Tuesday and then enter something on Wednesday, Tuesday gets deleted. Same month to month.

Welcome to the Forums @mbmcali.
Thanks for bringing those details on the matter.
Did you try to update the app to the latest version like I mentioned above? That should definitely work in getting it all to work.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. Yesterday the Fitbit app began to crash the majority of times when I tried to use the female health tracker (often on opening the tracker), and on the same day I noticed that all of my past data is gone (my periods seem to be there, but no info about flow or other reported details). I've noticed since beginning to use Fitbit in April that the app will often lose my data selection midway through reporting it so that I have to select it again, but if I managed to reach the point of saving the day's data then it hasn't disappeared after that (until now). For reference, I've tried logging out of the app and logging back in, and I've checked that I'm using the latest app version available to me (3.0, updated on July 8, 2019).

I am having similar problems. I purchased my inspire hr a few days ago but have been unable to set up this feature as every time I try it reverts back to the setup screens. I have tried to log my period and although I log and save it, the app immediately forgets and next time I try I have to go through setup again. Very frustrating.

I've been having this issue for a few months now, through several app updates. Every time I open the Female Health tile it goes through the starting tutorial and it doesn't retain any info I enter. As soon as I either make a second note or navigate away it's blank again.
