@rebecca_penrod, can you provide a little more information, such as which Fitbit tracker you have, what device & app are you trying to sync it to, what happens when you try to sync it. Is this a new tracker you just received, or is it one you have been using and it now won't sync?

I have Alta before it's working good And then they told me cannot find the
tracker.
