I am using the new fit bit app.
And it won't accept my approval to allow the location to be turned on.
This is the second time in a month this keeps happening.
App is locked and won't allow me to update my tracking.
This is on the beta mode. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
Last time I had to uninstall and reinstall the app
This is on a Motorola Pure X Edition, on Android 6.0

@Valerie73 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Have you tried what @Rich_Laue suggested? That should help.
Please go "Phone Settings > Location > Toggle On". That is how you turn on the Location Services from the phone itself!
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
