My daughter got a new phone and i strying to get her fitbit set up on it. She hasn't been able to log in, and isn't getting the reset password e-mails so I'm wondering if she has the right e-mail address. She still has her old phone and can get into the Fitbit ap, but I don't see anywhere it shows the e-mail address that she used. How can I find that?

Hello @Girevik,
If she still has her old phone and can get into the Fitbit App, it should be under Account and tap on her picture on the very top. It should list the e-mail.
