Find friends list

Using the app on Android. when i select 'find friends' it shows a list of people who arent on my contacts on my phone. They may be from old emails, but where are the suggestions generated from and how do i clear them?

Hi there @Pappasmurf, welcome aboard to our Community. As you mentioned on your post, the Fitbit app will take your contacts from your phone or any other account you have associates. (email address, facebook or twitter)

To clear this suggestions, it would be require to either remove your old contacts from the email account or your phone. Although sometimes this suggestions still appear. Note that people that you don't accept as friend are not able to see your information, based on your Privacy configuration:

1. On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Click Settings > Privacy.
3. For each item, decide the visibility you prefer. 
4. Don't forget to save your changes.
