Contact not showing up by name

I just received my Charge HR and activated it to my Android S7. Calls from .you contacts are coming up as UNKNOWN  on my Fitbit. How can I change this so that the correct names are reflected when someone calls my phone.

Hello @Kmalrey, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. I wonder where are saved your contacts? If it is on your Google account or directly on your phone. There is a chance that this is affecting the name of the contacts when you received your notifications.

Although this is certainly the first time I heard something like this. I recommend to set up your call notifications again after you have restarted your phone. But before you proceed please log out from your account, restart your phone and go back to your Fitbit app once your phone has loaded. You can use this post from, @Stefa for additional help to set up your Call notifications.
