Hi @SnappyJack you can get a refund for any Fitbit purchased directly from Fitbit within 45 days from date of purchase with no questions asked. Fitbit Premium is not refundable.
I don't think you get the point the application update is a bad one how do we get them to fix it go back to the old version new one is very bad

Hi @Ricksiconic Fitbit just released this app and with all the posts on the forums, they must know some people aren't happy with the change. As for their changing it, that's for Fitbit to decide.

they provide refund to devices purchased from external retailers.
